  • Wellness+ Studio was created for those who enjoy privacy and exclusivity while developing tailored training programs focused on their specific goals and conditions.

  • As a new member, you will receive an assessment to evaluate your overall condition and obtain the approval of our medical director to practice physical activities and receive other treatments. Book your complimentary assessment here.

  • Our services are divided into three categories: Skin Care, Fitness, and Wellness.

  • At Wellness+ Studio, we are always pleased to have you drop by to see our facilities and respond to your questions. For any service, we require an advance booking in order to guarantee you a unique experience.

  • You will need a letter from your doctor stating that the services provided by Wellness+ Studios are authorized. If you prefer, you are welcome to have a consultation with our Medical Director, Dr. Edward S. Goldberg, who can then provide authorization when appropriate.

  • Currently we do not accept insurance, but we are more than happy to schedule a complimentary assessment to explain the membership benefits of Wellness+Studio.

  • We can create small group sessions ( 2-4 people at the same time). But, let us know what you’d like to see here. We are delighted to find solutions to your requests.

  • We can propose in-house or outdoor services for a number of our programs.

  • Members are encouraged to refer family and friends and will earn a gift card regardless of which service membership level is purchased.

  • We are an exclusive facility where you can expect that there will be no more than four other members using the exercise area with their trainer.

  • As a private and exclusive facility, Wellness+ Studio has its own licensed trainers based on the values the company wants to show to its customers.

  • Our trainers are available Monday through Friday from 6:00AM to 7:00PM, Saturday from 7:00AM to 3:00PM and on Sunday by request to offer you the most unique, private experience.

  • At Wellness+ Studio we are aware that the novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization and understand that COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is spread by person-to-person contact and accordingly, federal and state

    Health agencies recommend social distancing and receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. Our space is provided with hand sanitizers, air purifiers, and equipment’s periodic disinfection encouraging face mask use under your criteria as the social distancing and wash your hand promotion.

  • There is an annual membership fee and the price varies based on the tier you select.

  • Wellness+ Studio reserves the right to charge a fee if you do not attend or cancel the scheduled appointment without providing 24-hour prior notice and reserves the right to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late to the scheduled appointment.

Aesthetics

Upon consulting with your health/skin care professional, you will be able to share your needs and concerns, and the appropriate treatment will be recommended.

  • Someone concerned with forehead lines and crow’s feet wanting a more relaxed appearance.

  • After consulting with your doctor/nurse, the number of units per area will be determined and discussed.

  • The area will be prepped and free of oil and makeup. Ice may be applied, and then injections are administered.

  • You may have some redness and slight bruising. Arnica Montana can be taken in pill form or topically applied to reduce post-treatment pain and treat bruising. Additional recovery assistance may be advised by your healthcare professional.

  • On average, the desired effects may last 3-6 months.

  • It is common for the Botox treatment site to be numbed with ice first. The injection is quick with a very fine needle. With or without ice, it feels like a slight sting.

  • You may experience a slight “heavy” feeling at first, which diminishes in a few days. In rare cases, slight redness or bruising may occur.

  • Do not drink alcohol for about one week prior to treatment; do not take anti-inflammatory medications; avoid working out for about 12 hours. No massage to the area.

  • Bruising, eyelid drop, muscle weakness.

  • Eighteen years or older; however, experts agree that in most cases, the best candidates for preventative Botox treatment are those in their mid-20s and early 30s who are prone to wrinkles. Consultation with your healthcare professional will determine if Botox is an appropriate treatment.

Botox injections block certain chemical signals from nerves, mostly signals that cause muscles to contract. The most common of these injections is to temporarily relax the facial muscles that cause wrinkles in the forehead and around the eyes.

  • Those with a loss of collagen and volume in their face that comes with aging.

  • A topical anesthetic is applied, a filler substance is injected, followed by ice application.

  • Ice is applied post-treatment, and Arnica Montana helps reduce redness and swelling.

    • Hyaluronic acid – (Juvaderm/Restylane/Sculptra)

    • Hyaluronic acid (Juvaderm/Volumna) This is a natural component of the skin’s connective tissue and is the most common filler used for wrinkles

  • Getting fillers is a little bit uncomfortable. To ensure minimal pain, a topical anesthetic will be applied to numb the area prior to injection.

  • The amount will be determined by you and your doctor/injector, as you may want to think about what goals you hope to achieve.

  • The most common side effects include bruising, redness, and swelling, all of which go away within two weeks, most likely sooner.

  • After about 6-months, your body naturally breaks down hyaluronic fillers.

  • Do not wax, tweeze, bleach, or use hair removal products on the treatment areas for at least 2 days prior to treatment; do not use topical products for at least 2 days prior to treatment; stop taking supplements one week before treatment; do not take anti-inflammatory agents.

  • Bruising, swelling, itching, lash tenderness.

  • You can begin getting fillers as young as 21 and continue well into your 80s. Individual concerns and a consultation with your healthcare professional will determine if fillers are an appropriate treatment.

Dermal fillers are gel-like substances injected under the skin. Dermal fillers are meant to create a smoother or fuller appearance or both. They can plump the lips, enhance contours, remove wrinkles, and improve the appearance of scars.

Dermal Fillers

  • This versatile tool can help individuals looking to treat cosmetic facial issues, including fine lines, wrinkles, acne, scarring, skin elasticity, loss of facial volume, etc.

  • The skin is cleansed, and the chosen ingredients are placed in a sterile device. It is then pressed into the skin in an overlapping pattern, and the products are delivered into the skin.

  • A reduction of fine lines and wrinkles, shrunken pores, improved skin elasticity, and skin feeling very smooth and healthy.

  • AquaGold treatments can be a little uncomfortable, like a little stinging sensation. Topical anesthetic applied ½ hour before treatment is helpful.

  • It is an individual decision depending on one’s goals.

  • There are little to no side effects. You may experience minimal swelling, slight redness, and sensitivity to the sun, so avoid sun exposure.

  • AquaGold treatment can last about 3-4 months, (depending on the specific skin products used in the device.

  • Avoid retinol products and anti-inflammatories for 3 days; do not bend over for at least 4 hours before treatment; no waxing or glycolic peels 2 weeks before treatment.

  • Redness, swelling.

AquaGold is a Microneedling treatment that uses a tiny 24-karat gold device to apply hyaluronic acid and Botox just below the skin’s surface.

  • Individuals concerned with acne and dryness would benefit from this treatment.

  • It is a microdermal treatment that delivers serum exfoliation and extraction. These are small, crushed diamonds at the tip of the wand that are used in a pattern on the face, neck, chest, or other areas of concern.

  • Smooth, youthful skin, more even tone, diminishing pores, and less dryness.

  • There is no discomfort but rather a feeling of a relaxing massage to the face or other areas of the body.

  • Depending on what condition is being addressed, on average, patients undergo 3-4 treatments once a month to achieve results.

  • You may experience temporary, minimal redness or slight swelling.

  • After your skin responds, the treatment continues working over the next 6-12 weeks.

  • Skin should be free of makeup and oil; avoid any glycol or retinol products; avoid anti-inflammatories; no waxing or glycolic peels 2 weeks before treatment.

  • Redness, swelling.

  • Ages vary. Those who experience skin issues and consult with their healthcare provider can discuss what is most appropriate.

DiamondGlow Facial – the device gently removes the top layer of skin and delivers topical cosmetic serums onto the skin utilizing a dermabrasion tip.

Vivace

Vivace is a skin treatment delivering microneedling and R.F. on a deeper level.

  • Those looking to treat fine lines and wrinkles on the face and neck, and reverse the effects of sun exposure.

  • Your skin will be numbed, then the device tip will be applied to your face and neck in a specific pattern.

  • A topical anesthetic may be applied ½ hour before treatment as it may be a little uncomfortable.

  • An optimal outcome is usually accomplished after approximately 3-6 treatments to achieve the desired results.

  • You may experience limited swelling, redness, and pinpoint bleeding. These will resolve in a few days and are temporary.

  • This treatment can last up to six months.

  • Avoid retinol products, waxing, and anti-inflammatories before treatment.

  • Pinpoint bleeding, swelling, bruising.

  • Over 21 years of age. Consultation with your healthcare professional will determine if you are eligible for treatment.

Fitness

  • At the Wellness+ Studio we are committed to providing the most individual and customized personal training plans based on your current conditions and goals.

  • All our fitness offerings take the form of customized 1:1 sessions with a trainer. All sessions are created according to your personal physical conditioning goals and are built off five core programs - Individual Personal Training, Stretch & Recovery, Mobility, Yoga, and Pilates.

  • All of our trainers must be certified by at least one of the recognized institutions in the United States (ISSA, NCSF, NASM, ASFA, and/or ACE).

  • At Wellness+ Studio our trainers have a base preparation to identify and treat certain conditions accompanied by our physical therapists.

  • We call it Tailored Personal Training where each member’s program is designed to meet their own individual considerations, needs, and goals.

Wellness

  • Different massages are beneficial for different needs—discuss the needs or your body with one of our licensed massage therapists.

  • All of our massage therapists are professionally licensed.

  • IV infusions allow vitamins and essential nutrients to be administered directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system, where many nutrients get lost and are not absorbed.

  • There is just a pinprick and then sometimes we can feel the effect of a vitamin (vitamin B for example can be felt as a taste on the tongue). Little to no pain.

  • Our specialists can help you identify your needs and define the right fit for you in a previous consultation.

  • Time varies with the treatment, approximately 20-45 mins.

  • Going on a diet is what everybody does on a daily basis, Nutrition Counseling oversees that diet and addresses variations that improve a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

  • A nutrition program is designed to adjust macronutrient intake ratio, frequency, supplementation if needed, and modulation accordingly with goals Vs progress.
